Project Details
It’s a 15 storied apartment building with 2 basemewnt parking and community area, swimming pool & gym. at 1st floor level.The site is surrounded by roads on 3 sides, trees, hilly terrain, and in front is the war symmetry, chittagong. The design approached to enhance view of the surroundings by placing the core at the center and exposing the living areas towards the exterior. There are also 3 open voids between 3 apartment mass to introduce natural light and air to the units. The front side is staggered behind to harmonize with the landscape as well as to create open to sky courts to the upper units. The backside units are designed as duplex to meet the clients requirement at the same time ensure more outside exposure and cross ventilation to the units.
